It was born in 1995 with the “Art Guión XXI” cultural Magazine and subsequently, with the Newspaper bearing that same name.

It arranges art exhibitions in Galleries, Museums, Institutions and Fairs in the country and abroad.

It also organizes book presentations and awards prizes in different opportunities and categories.
